Instructor/Tandem Instructor/ Paraglide/Paramotor specialist. 

With over four decades of hang gliding, paragliding and powered paragliding experience.

Nationally ranked #2 in 2010 for powered paragliding competition.

 

Nationally ranked #4 in 2012 for Powered Paragliding Competitions

 

1st place Paratoys/Salton Sea 2013 national competition

Nationally recognized as the first paraglider pilot to soar more than 50 miles east of the Rocky Mountains.

Was ground support for the first USA World record attempt for PPG.

 

Current 2013 Facts

I have just recently returned from the 2013 Paratoys/Salton Sea Fly-in and USPPA National Competition with 1st place! So for the time being I'm the current 2013 USA National Champion. I will be defending my title near Ft Smith Arkansas over Memorial Day Weekend where another USPPA Nationals Competition will be held alongside the Endless Foot Drag Fly-In. I will compete against world class pilots such as our own president Jeff Goin and other world class pilots like Chad Bastian, Ryan Shaw and many others. No matter the final outcome I have learned so much competing with these guys and many of the world champions that come to the states to compete with us. But it's the people that we meet that just come to watch us.....it's also the pilots, students, the people giving up their time to judge, coach and tend the pylons and spots and competitors we meet in this sport that makes powered paragliding what it is to me. Thanks everyone.
